The queen room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. the location was great and lovely, in the Hong Kong Island district and feet from a metro station. Visiting eateries and the movies near the hotel was easy.

The hotel was fairly clean with a good restaurant. The room was stylish and large, had central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom - big. The staff were incredibly attentive and top-class, ready to any request. Particularly good and perfect location in the very residential area and it was a bonus to be right by a metro station. There were a big shopping mall and a shopping area around the venue.

The room was a decent size and high-class with a complimentary bottle of wine and amazing views and rain shower. Comfy location, Hong Kong H K Heliport airport was 0.5 miles away.

I didn't want to leave, so totally recommend this hotel. Booked a room with sweeping views of the bay. - the breakfast was extensive and delicious. - the check-in was smooth. - the location was incredible - short walk to the Taikoo shopping mall for meals and HK eateries and a major suburban shopping center. It also was in the "center" of Hong Kong.

The room had a convenient walk-in shower, and it was in a great location above the train station, which was perfect for our needs, plus there are nice dining options nearby at Wang Jia Sha.

Nothing was too much trouble at East Hong Kong. the breakfast was extensive, delicious, and had a huge variety of options. - the food was outstanding. - My room included a safe, TV, and a mini bar fridge. - the staff were respectful and particularly helpful. - the hotel is situated in a central location near the Tai Koo Shing station.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Hong Kong and I have to say, I was highly impressed. This place is conveniently located right on top of the train station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The staff provided exceptional service, with pleasant and polite service at every turn. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from a mini-bar to a flat-screen TV. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the garden area, which provided a tranquil escape from the bustling city. And the free Wi-Fi was a nice added touch.

We had an amazing stay at East for our trip to explore the city. The staff was so kind to upgrade us to a corner room and the shower setup was unique and fun. We loved the modern design of the hotel with its cozy touch of wooden materials. The spacious rooms and breathtaking views from the top floors made us feel like we were sleeping in the sky. The location in Wan Chai was perfect for exploring all parts of the city, and the connected shopping mall made it convenient to reach the MTR. Definitely my top pick in HK!

Located near shopping center and MTR station. Excellent staff, facilities, and cleanliness. Comfortable and well-designed rooms. Accessible to the rest of the city but in a more relaxed area. Great service from the GM and all the staff.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They upgraded us to ocean view rooms and fulfilled our request for higher floors. The rooftop bar provided fantastic views.
